Why is a learner enrolment missing from Insights but I can see it in the enrolments list?

Sometimes when checking learner stats in the Enrolments list when compared to the Insights Reports, you might find the enrolment numbers are slightly different.

This is normal, and is caused by the type of enrolment that learners have been enrolled in.

✅ All learners that are enrolled in the Series will be shown in the Enrolments list in the console; this includes Standard, Competency, and Preview modes

✅ Learners enrolled in Preview Mode are excluded from the Insights Reports. Preview mode does not utilise the spaced repetition learning and learners cannot master the series, therefore reporting on progress is not necessary
