Why is the auto date range filter not displaying correct results in the Question Metrics report
Learn about the limitation with Auto Date Range filter option when applied to the Question Metrics Report
When complex data sets are applied to the Question Metrics report and the Auto Date Range filter is applied, certain data sets can be displayed incorrectly.
If you are reviewing the Question Metrics report and feel that some of the data being displayed is not correct then change the date range filter to one of the other options such as:
- Fixed Date - select to/from dates using the drop-down date selector.
- Last N days - e.g. 7, 14, 28 or 30 days
- This week / month / quarter / year or Last week / month / quarter / year
✅ When a date filter other than Auto Date Range is applied the Question Metrics report will display the correct results.
