About Advanced Questions Sets

Learn about the structure of an advanced question set and when to use them

Advanced Question Sets allow for content to be authored in a more complex structure which provides for multiple question scenarios with multiple correct answers and multiple feedback attempts for both correct and incorrect answers.

Structure of an Advanced Question Set

  • Question Stem
    • Variant 1 (statement & prompt)
    • Variant 2 (statement & prompt)
  • Answers (typically 5-8 where there can be multiple correct answers)
  • Correct Feedback

    • Attempt 2

Advanced Question Sets can have basic text formatting including BoldItalic, numbered and bulleted lists, and also have the option to add in Media Files in the form of images, audio clips, youtube videos, links to web pages, documents and other reference materials.
