About Learning Resources

Learn how resources can be added to different parts of a question set to provide extra information or stretch activities for learners.

Any resource available in the Resource Library or a newly created one can be added to different parts of a Question Set to enhance the existing content or to provide stretch activities for learners. Once attached to a Question Set, they are known as Learning Resources in the Learner App.

Resources can be added to the following parts of a Question Set:

  • Question Stem - Resources can be added to the question statement to provide extra information relating to the described scenario. Learners can view these resources for any question as soon as the Series is opened. For Advanced Questions, the same Resources will be applied to both variants.
  • Correct Feedback - Resources can be added to correct feedback content blocks to provide stretch activities. Learners can view these resources once the question has been answered correctly. For Advanced Questions, different Resources can be applied to each feedback attempt content block and they are only visible once that attempt has been answered correctly.
  • Incorrect Feedback - Resources can be added to incorrect feedback content blocks to provide extra information for learners who need help. Learners that answer incorrectly can view these resources so be mindful of which resources are added. For Advanced Questions, different Resources can be applied to each feedback attempt content block and they are only visible once that attempt has been answered incorrectly.

✅ Different types of resources can be added to any of the listed Question Parts depending on the type of questions, those that are added to the Question Stem will be visible by the Learner at any time when viewing the Question Series Resource Info or from the Resources menu.

⚠️ Resources added to feedback attempt blocks will only be visible once that question attempt has been seen in the Learner App.

⚠️ Learning Resources are visible to learners who have also been Deactivated after leaving the organisation
