How to remove a resource from a collection

Learn how to remove resources from resource collections when the resource is no longer required

Resources can be removed from Resource Collections when you have determined that the resource is no longer required.

✅If the resource information is out of date, consider updating the resource instead of removing it.

Remove a resource

  1. Login to the console and select Resources > Collections.
  2. Use Search or Filters to find the Resource Collection.
  3. Select the Collection to open it.
  4. Use Search or Filters to find the Resource.
  5. Select Remove from collection from the 3-dot menu for each resource that you want to remove.
  6. Select Remove on the confirmation screen.
  7. The resource is removed from the collection.

 

✅ Resources can also be removed from a collection when editing a resource directly from the library
