How to create a Learning Pathway

Forget Me Not currently allows the visualisation of Linear Learning Pathways using the Pathway menu in the console*. This function also shows more complex Interleaved Learning Pathways .

To have either of these created you will need to contact FMN support.

To have a Learning Pathway created, the following information is required:

Title: A unique title for the learning pathway.
Introduction: a description of the purpose of the pathway
Concurrent Enrolments: The maximum number of Concurrent Enrolments allowed - this value will determine how many series learners can do at the same time. Consider the series mastery level and questions per day to ensure learners are not overloaded with too many series at the same time. For interleaved pathways, concurrent enrolments cannot exceed the number of modules.
For Linear Pathways a common value is '1' so that the learner will do one series at a time
Determine the type of pathway
1. Linear Pathway: Use Linear Pathways to provide a fixed order sequence of each series Series (recommended type)
2. Interleaved Pathways: Use Interleaved Pathways to provide a modular grouping of Series
Complete the information in a spreadsheet and send it through to Forget Me Not Support for the Learning Pathway to be created.

⚠️ All Series used in a Learning Pathway must have a duration of 'Mastery'

Create a spreadsheet with the following details and complete all fields.

✅The pathway enrolment type can now be overridden to burst mode at the time of enrolment.

Series for Module-1	Series 1 Name: Series 2 Name: Series 3 Name: Series 4 Name:	Name and order of the Series which will appear in the pathway enrolment email

Create a spreadsheet with the following details and complete all fields

Concurrent Enrolments	1 - N	The default is 1 unless a different value is specified. The maximum value (N) is determined by the number of modules. The value determines the number of concurrent modules that will have an active enrolment
Module-1 Name		Unique name for the Module within the Learning Pathway which appears in the pathway enrolment email and on the module mastery email
Series for Module-1	Series 1 Name: Series 2 Name: Series 3 Name: Series 4 Name:	Name and order of the Series for the module which appears in the pathway enrolment email
Module-2 Name		Unique name for the Module within the Learning Pathway
Series for Module-2	Series 1 Name: Series 2 Name: Series 3 Name: Series 4 Name:	Name and order of the Series for the module
Module-3 Name		Unique name for the Module within the Learning Pathway
Series for Module-3	Series 1 Name: Series 2 Name: Series 3 Name: Series 4 Name:	Name and order of the Series for the module
