How to fix the delivery order of questions

Learn how to ensure learners get questions in a fixed delivery order on their first attempt on the questions

The default question delivery mode for Forget Me Not® question set is to randomise the questions for all learners, this ensures that each learner gets the questions delivered in a different order to others.

In most cases this approach works fine and is the recommended method of delivery. In some cases though, questions must be delivered in a particular order when the content from question 1 is required before question 2 and so on.

When creating a new Question Set, it is possible to choose to deliver question in a fixed order. When ticked, and the question set is created into a Series, learners will receive the questions in the created order on the first attempts only. For any subsequent attempts (where Mastery Goal is 2 or more) then questions will be delivered in a random order.

Example

Delivery of a Fixed Order Question Set with 4 questions

1st Attempt - Q1, Q2, Q3 ,Q4

2nd Attempt - Q2, Q1, Q4, Q3

3rd Attempt - Q3, Q2, Q1, Q4
