Can I track learner progress through a Learning Pathway using Insights?

Learner progress through a Learning Pathway can be tracked from the Learner Insights Report

Tracking Process Steps

  1. Login to the Console and go to Insights.
  2. Go to the Learner Insights Report.
  3. Search for a learner by name using the report filters.
  4. Optionally filter the list even further by selecting a Tracking Code that was used for the Learning Pathway enrolment
  5. Sort the list by Release Date in Ascending order to show all Series in released order (oldest first)
  6. View the information for each Series such as:
    1. Enrolment Status - look for In-Progress vs Mastered
    2. Check Attempts  / Questions to see how many attempts have been made and the number of questions that have been seen
    3. Check the Accuracy % to see the accuracy based on the attempts/questions
    4. Check the Progress % to see the progress through each Series
    5. Check the Date Mastered to find out when each Series was mastered


✅ When a Series Enrolment status is showing as Pending (future Start), this indicates the learner has just mastered a series and will start the next series on the next day.
