Resource Collection Example - Team Leader Shift Handover Processes

Learn about how to utilise Resource Collections to help Team Leaders easily access shift handover processes

This is an example of how to utilise Resource Collections in Forget Me Not® to help Team Leaders with ensuring all shift processes are completed during handover and during the shift.

Prerequisites

In order to set up this scenario there are a few prerequisites that you will need.

  • Group with all Team Leaders added as members
  • Shift Handover and operational procedures as either links to existing websites or as PDF documents created as resources

Setup

  1. Create a Resource Collection e.g. 'Shift Leader Handover Processes'
  2. Add the Resources into the collection
    For example; 
    1. On-shift handover process
    2. Off-shift handover process
    3. Emergency contacts process
    4. OHS safety process
  3. Link the 'Team Leaders' group to the Resource Collection
  4. Have a Team Leader check the Organisation Resources in the Learner App or Learner Web

✅ The above are examples of the types of processes that might be used in a shift handover, any content that can be created as a resource can be used when creating collections
