How to manage learners that are not engaged or have left the organisation

Admins might ask "can we have some users canceled, deleted, removed etc as they are no longer engaged in the series or they have left the organisation ". It's important to understand exactly what the options are when they ask for any of these options. 

Possible user cancellation actions

• Withdraw a user from an enrolment
• Deactivate a user from the organisation for all future enrolments

Withdraw a user

When a user is withdrawn from an enrolment, the following happens;

• The specific enrolment is ended and the user is shown as withdrawn in the enrolments tab and on Insights reports
• The user will not be able to access the Series in the app
• The user will still be able to use the app and complete other Series
• All Learning Resources will still be accessible from the Resources Tab

Deactivate a user from the organisation for all future enrolments

When a user is deactivated, the following happens;

• The user can be withdrawn from all current enrolments if required, they will also be shown as withdrawn in the enrolments tab and on Insights reports
• The user will not be able to access any of the withdrawn Series in the app
• The user will still be able to use the app and complete series from other organisations if applicable
• All Learning Resources will still be accessible from the Resources Tab
• Organisational Resources will no longer be accessible from the Resources Tab
