Insights - Enrolments
The Enrolments view provides a summary of engagement across selected current, mastered, withdrawn and expired learners
▶️ Select Enrolments using the View Selector on the Insights Reports. Content can be further refined by using filters such as Tracking Code, Group, Enrolled Date, Include Mastered, Withdrawn or Expired users or by selecting a specific Series from the list.
Filters and Selectors
Active Series - total number of series based on the current selection
Learners - total number of learners based on the current selection
Enrolments - total number of enrolments based on the current selection
Tracking Code Filter - The selected tracking code will filter the enrolments to show only those that match
Group Filter - The selected Group will filter the enrolments to show only those that match.
Enrolment Date Filter - The selected date range will filter the enrolments to show only those that match
Active Users Only - This button is disabled by default (light blue)
this mode will only show active users only, any deactivated users will not be shown
this mode will show all users including any deactivated users
Series / Enrolments - The name of the series and the number of enrolments based on the current filters. Series can be selected individually (select per name to bold) or multiple (using ctrl-selection) and this will filter the enrolments to show only those that match. Select again to deselect (not bold)
Status - The selected status will filter the enrolments to show only those that match

Status Breakdown - A graphical view of the percentage of learners that have reached a particular enrolment status
Progress to Mastery - an indication of the number of learners at a particular progress percentage. Progress percentage increases based on the number of times a question has been attempted correctly and can decrease when answered incorrectly
Enrolment Commenced - the number of learners that commenced enrolments in a particular period. Use the ⬇️Drill Down / ⬆️Up adjustments to change the view period
