Series enrolment email when password unactivated
Learn how the series enrolment process checks for user sign in activity and won't send a new password if less than 48 hours since it was last generated.
When a user is enrolled in a 2nd series, after being sent a generated password via either Invited Organisation User Welcome Email or Created User Series Enrolment Email and the user has not signing in, the system will check for the time since the password was generated and will not generate a new password if it's been less than 48 hours. This allows the user 48 hours of time to sign in with the initially generated password. If after 48 hours they have still not signed in, the next enrolment will include a newly generated password.
The enrolment email contains a link to access Learner Web, along with App Store links in case the user hasn't installed the app.
