Why am I getting an error "unable to sign in" or "invalid email"?

Sign in errors can happen due to incorrect passwords or mismatch of emails

If you are trying to sign-in to the app and you get any of these errors it can be due to a number of reasons why.

  • we are unable to sign you in

  • invalid email

Possible Issue

Suggested Resolution

incorrect password was entered

  • check you are typing your password correctly some letters can look similar e.g. i, L and 1 or 0 and O

  • try to copy and paste your password* from a text app to reduce typing errors

  • if you don’t know your password the follow: How can I reset my password?

incorrect email address was entered

  • check you are typing your email address correctly

  • check which email address has been used for enrolment with your Manager

  • You might be entering your personal email and your work email has been registered or vice versa

if using iPhone with iOS 11 or later and entering an email address contains apostrophe e.g john.o'conner@acme.com
