Why can't I see new Question Series?

New Question Series will only appear in the app once you have been enrolled

If you have already signed in and have been using Forget Me Not for a while but you are not seeing new series, there can be a number of reasons why.

You have not been enrolled into a new Series

  • Check with your Manager to ensure you have been invited to the Question Series

  • Check with your Manager to ensure invitation have been sent, it may be scheduled to start on a future date

You may have been invited under a different email address

  • Check with your Manager which email address you have been enrolled to the Question Series with (sometimes an email alias is used)

You might need to refresh the app

You may be experiencing internet connection issues
