Why is the app download link not working?

Downloading the app requires connection to the internet from your mobile device

If you are trying to download the Forget Me Not Chat app and the link is not working there can be a number of reasons why.

No Internet connection on your mobile device

  • Check that you have internet connection either via WiFi or mobile data, try turning the connection off and on again to reconnect

  • Check if other people in your organisation are having the same problem, if multiple people are experiencing the same problem then contact your Manager for a resolution

App download sites may have been blocked by your organisation

  • Check if other people in your organisation are having the same problem

  • If multiple people are experiencing the same problem contact your Manager to check on firewall or proxy restrictions to app download sites

You are using a Windows phone

  • Windows Phones are not supported currently, contact your Manager for an alternative solution using an Apple or Android device

You are trying to install the app from the wrong app store

  • Make sure you are using the correct app store
    • Apple App store for all apple devices
    • Android Play Store for all Android devices
