Why won't my QR Code scan work?

When trying to login to Forget Me Not® Freestanding and the following error appears.

If you can’t login with the QR Code there can be a number of reasons why.

- The Kiosk has lost connection to the WiFi network
- The WiFi network details may have changed recently
|
- Contact your organisational IT person to check that the WiFi network is operational
|
- The Kiosk has lost connection to the Internet
|
- Contact your organisational IT person to check that the Internet is operational
|
- The QR Code that was scanned is not recognised by the system
|
- There may be other QR Codes on your lanlard that are being scanned by mistake, ensure that only the Forget Me Not® QR Code is visible in the scanning zone

- The QR Code that was scanned is damaged
|
- Contact your manager to arrange a new QR Code
