      Why won't my QR Code scan work?

      Learn why QR Code scan errors can appear

      When trying to login to Forget Me Not® Freestanding and the following error appears.

      If you can’t login with the QR Code there can be a number of reasons why.

      Possible Issue

      Suggested Resolution
      • The Kiosk has lost connection to the WiFi network
      • The WiFi network details may have changed recently
      • Contact your organisational IT person to check that the WiFi network is operational
      • The Kiosk has lost connection to the Internet
      • Contact your organisational IT person to check that the Internet is operational
      • The QR Code that was scanned is not recognised by the system
      • There may be other QR Codes on your lanlard that are being scanned by mistake, ensure that only the Forget Me Not® QR Code is visible in the scanning zone
      • The QR Code that was scanned is damaged
      • Contact your manager to arrange a new QR Code
