About Organisation Resources

Learn how adding resources to resource collections can provide any time content for learners, groups or the whole organisation.

Resources selected from the library can be added to Resource Collections that are shared with learners are know as Organisation Resource. Resource can be shared to learners directly without the need to enrol in a Series, organisation resource are available at any time, directly from the Resources menu in the Learner App.

✅ Different types of resources can be added to existing Resource Collections and then shared with individual learners, groups or the whole organisation

✅ Organisation Resources are only be visible from the Resource Collection listed in the Organisation part of the Resource tab in the Learner App.

⚠️ Organisation Resources are only be visible to learners who are active members of the organisation. Any learner that is Deactivated after leaving the organisation will not have access to these Resources
