About Resource Library

Learn about creating and managing resources in the library

The Resources Library is the place to create and manage all of the resources that can be used in Question Sets or as part of Resource Collections.

▶️ Select Resources > Library from the left-hand menu to view the list of resources.

Add Resources to create a new resource or use Search to find an existing resource by name, use the Filter or sort the columns to adjust the list results. Select a single resource to view the details or use the checkbox to select multiple resources to perform bulk actions.

✅ Use Filters to filter the resource list by Resource Type, Part of a Collection, Last Updated date or choose to show archived resources

✅ Use the 3-dot menu on a resource item to access additional functions such as Edit Resource, Add to Collection or Archive

Resource List

Resource Name - The name of the resource which is displayed to the learner

Type - Indicates the type of resource which is displayed to the learner

Activity Time - Indicates the approximate time to view the resource which is displayed to the learner

Collection # - Indicates the number of Resource Collections the resource is used in

Question Sets - Indicates the number of Question Sets the resource is used in

Last Updated - Indicates when the resource was last updated

⚠️ Only Questions Sets that are published will be listed for resources.
