About User Account Types

Learn how the Forget Me Not® system has different account types for specific uses

In the Forget Me Not® system, user accounts can be assigned one of the following types:

  • Org User
  • Guest User
  • Admin User
  • Team Manager

Org User Account


Org User accounts are those where the user can sign in to Learner App or Learner Web, view resources and complete learning with any series they are enrolled in.

All Org user accounts are automatically added as members of the All Org Users group. This is a private group that is used when making Resource Collections accessible to all Org Users

⚠️ Org user accounts do not have access to the Management Console unless they are specifically granted Admin access

Guest User Account

Guest Users are similar to Org Users in that they can sign in to the App. Guest users can also be enrolled in a Series and they use the Learner App or Learner Web to complete learning. This account type is typically used to give access to short-term users (e.g. contractors) within an organisation.

Guest accounts are not automatically added as members of the All Org Users group and therefore do not automatically get access to org Resource Collections.

⚠️ Guest accounts do not have access to the Management Console and cannot be granted Admin access

Admin User Account

Admin accounts are Org User accounts where the user is granted access to the Management Console. Admin accounts can also sign in to Learner App or Learner Web to complete learning.

✅ The password used to login to the console with the Organisation Admin account is the same as used to sign in to Learner App or Learner Web. If you change your console password this will affect all sign-ins.

Team Manager Account

Team Manager accounts are Org User accounts where the user is granted access to the Management Console to view Insights Reports for groups they are the owner of. Team Manager accounts can also sign in to Learner App or Learner Web to complete learning.

✅ The password used to login to the console with the Team Manager account is the same as used to sign in to Learner App or Learner Web. If you change your console password this will affect all sign-ins.
