How to filter Insights to show only active users?

Learn how to filter Insights to hide deactivated users and only show enrolments for active users

Sometimes when viewing or exporting data from Insights reports there is a need to hide users that have let the organisations (deactivated users).

Only in the Insights group filters is the option to select Org Active Users Only. When applied, this filter will only include active users (those found in the Active Users List) and will hide any user that has been deactivated.

The groups filter is found on the following Insights reports:

▶️ Go to the Insights report and select one of the listed report views. Then select Org Active Users Only from the Groups filter.

✅ Org Wide Users can be selected to show all users in reports including deactivated users

⚠️The Org Active Users Only and Org Wide Users options are not visible in the Enrolments List or User List
