How to invite a single learner to the organisation

Learn how a new learner can be invited to the organisation which creates an account so they can be enrolled in learning

✅ If you have many users to add, you should consider importing them from a file

  1. Go to Users & Groups and select Users.
  2. Select Create User.
  3. Enter the users details:
    1. First Name
    2. Last Name
    3. Email address
  4. Select the Account Type as required. The default is type User which should be used in most cases refer to User Account Types for other types.
  5. Leave the Send Invite & Password to User/Guest option cleared and only tick if the user should receive the new user organisation invite email with password (for Admin users only). When cleared, the password will be included with the users first enrolment  in the created user series enrolment email.
  6. Optionally select Create Another, only if you want to create another user account straight afterwards.
  7. Select Create User to complete the action and save the details.
  8. The user will be shown the Users List.
  9.  The current console Admin will receive the Created User Summary email when multiple users are added at the same time.

✅ It's recommended to leave the Send Password to User/Guest option cleared. That way account login details will be sent to the user with their first enrolment email.

✅ It is recommended to only have the Send Invite & Password to User/Guest option ticked when adding Admin users that will generally not participate in series enrolments
