Reasons to send enrolment reminders
Learn why and when to send an enrolment reminder to encourage learners to start or keep active in an enrolment
It's important to monitor learners enrolled in Series and check for those that have not started or may have progressed but then stopped answering questions. There may be a number of reasons why this has happened and so it's possible to process a manual reminder which is sent directly to the learner via email.
Reasons to send a reminder
- Not Signed In - The user who is new to Forget Me Not, may have forgotten about the enrolment. Users that have not signed in will get the initial enrolment email and then a few days later automatically get the enrolment reminder email. If a number of weeks have gone by, it may be a good idea to send them a manual reminder.
- No Attempts - This user has signed in however they have not yet attempted a question. In this case the user may not have received the enrolment reminder email so sending a manual reminder might just get them started.
- In Progress value low - This user has answered a few questions and at some point has not been active with questions. If they have stopped answering questions the system won't send them any automated reminders until they have new questions available. Use the last active date to see if activity was more than 2-3 weeks ago then do a manual reminder to get them back on track.
- In Progress but no activity - This user may have answered most of the questions and be up in the 80% to 90% progress and at some point has not been active with questions. If they have stopped answering questions the system won't send them any automated reminders until they have new questions available. Use the last active date to see if activity was more than 2-3 weeks ago then do a manual reminder to get them back on track.
