About Insights 2.0 Filters
Insights Reports can be filtered at different levels to show specific information
There are a number of different filters available in Insights Reports that can be used to filter for specific content. Depending on the filter that has been applied, the data set may get smaller and smaller, and multiple filters can also be applied at the same time.
✅ Multiple filters can be applied at the same time
- Learner - Filter by learners to show results on one or multiple specific learners, this allows the data to be focused on a single person or multiple people
- Groups - Filter by groups to show results for all enrolments where learners are members of the selected groups. One or more groups can be selected as required.
- Enrolment Dates - Filter by enrolment dates to show results for all enrolments across the same enrolled date range. This will focus the reports on specific enrolment times to ensure only the relevant data is shown
- Mastered Dates - Filter by mastered dates to show results for all mastered enrolments across the same date range. This will focus the reports on specific mastered times to ensure only the relevant data is shown
- Series Reporting Title - Filter by series to show results for all enrolments that are related to the same series. The Series Reporting Title is unique within your org for all of the series so it's easier to distinguish one series from another.
- Tracking Code - Filter by tracking code to show results for all enrolments that use the same tracking code. Tracking codes are set at the time the enrolment is created and is a great way to join multiple different series, enrolment dates, learners etc into the same report. - Enrolment Status - Filter by status to show results for all enrolments that match the selected enrolment status. Selecting multiple status is also possible and allows for similar states to be shown in the reports such as Not Started and No Attempts
- Active Users Only - Filter by active users only to show only enrolments that are linked to users who are not deactivated. Deactivated users are typically those people that no longer work at your organisation and are shown be default in all reports. In certain cases they may need to be excluded from reports.
- Overdue Enrolments Only - Filter by overdue enrolments only to show only enrolments that are past the enrolment due date. The due date is set at the time of enrolment and indicates to the learner the desired completion date but is not when the enrolment expires.
- Show Questions Available Only - Filter by show questions available only to show only the enrolments that have new questions available. This option is only available on the Competency Risk Report
- Question Set - Filter by question set to show only enrolments that are used with the selected question set version. A new question set version is created each time a set is published. The system will automatically assign the next version number.
