How to select and add multiple users into groups

Learn how to select and add multiple users into groups using the bulk search function

When multiple users need to be added to a group, which could be existing users or those just created by using the import function, selecting them from the user list one-by-one is a time consuming task.
Using the bulk search function, you can easily find all of the users by their email address, and then select them in one go, to add them to the group.

Prerequisites

Steps

  1. Go to Users & Groups > Users List.
  2. Use the Bulk Search function to find the list of users by email address.
  3. Once the filtered list is shown, select all users and then use Bulk Actions to add selected users to a group.
