How to track completion of face-to-face training or eLearns with Forget Me Not®

Learn how to use Forget Me Not® to track the completion of face-to-face or eLearn training

Forget Me Not® is primarily design to deliver microlearning to learners using the Learner App or Learner Web, however using a few different techniques, it can be used to track completion of face-to-face training or training via eLearns.

The following are possible options:

  • Enrol Learners in an existing question series and use BURST mode to do a knowledge check, which allows learners to complete the questions all in one session
  • Create a custom question set & series to track completion of specific training sessions

Track completion with a custom question series

The basic steps to create a question question set and series to capture completion:

  1. Use the Question Builder to create a generic 1x question set that allows the learner to indicate their completion of a face-to-face training session or completion of the eLearn
  2. Publish the question set and then create a series specific for each training session or eLearn scenario
  3. Enrol training attendees into the series and get them to answer the question
  4. View the mastered series in the console or Insights. All learner who answered yes will be shown as mastered

Contact your training co-ordinator and book in the next session and attend the training over the next few days.

I'll check back with you in a few days and then you'll able to confirm you've completed it.
  3. Save the question set and publish it.
