About Question Studio

Learn how the Question Studio shows a list of authored Question Sets with type and status and provides options to create and edit question content

▶️ Select Question Studio from the left-hand menu to see a list of all Question sets. The list contains all the question sets created by your organisation.

 

List Filters - filter the list by Question Set Status or by Type to find the relevant items

Search - enter search criteria to find a specific set by title

Create Question Set - use to create a new question set to edit with the Question Builder

Question Set Options - Select a question set directly in the list to open in View Mode or use the options menu to Edit the Question Set or Create a Copy

✅ Select a column heading to sort Title, Type, Status, or Question # by Ascending order and select again to sort by Descending order

⚠️ Sets that have been purchased from the Question Gallery or shared from another organisation will only be shown in the Create New Series list.
