What's needed to author question?

Prerequisites

Before you get started creating question content, it's a good idea to have all of the relevant parts created and ready to go, as this makes the process a little smoother.

Question Groundwork Content

This defines the basic concepts of the question content, such as:

Intended audience that the questions are aimed at
Needs addressed by the questions
Outcomes of the question content
Thinking skills level and knowledge type
Outline draft of the content for each question

Media

This could be any of the following formatted media content that is required as part of any question scenario or feedback

Images - downloaded stock images or custom graphics
Audio clips - downloaded stock audio clips or custom audio
YouTube Videos - links to existing YouTube content or custom animations

✅ Use an Image Resizing Tool to reduce the file size of images

⚠️ Videos must be hosted on your company YouTube channel in order to utilise the embedded player, otherwise videos will be displayed using a browser

✅Custom Animations can be created by Obvious Choice or using your own animation tools

Learning Resources

This can be any of the following content types that are required for a learning resource:

Documents - existing publicly hosted PDF documents or document hosted on company websites
Websites - existing publicly hosted websites or internally hosted company websites
Images - downloaded stock images or custom graphics
Audio clips - downloaded stock audio clips or custom audio
YouTube Videos - existing YouTube content or custom animations

Stock Images

You can download stock images from any of the available services that you have an account for.
