Understanding dates in Forget Me Not®

Forget Me Not® uses a number of different fields to indicate specific dates that are related to enrolments or users and groups.

Most dates are driven by the system and cannot be set or changed by admins or learners however there are some dates that are set or adjusted using the management console

Series Enrolment Dates

For each enrolment, there are a number of different dates that are shown in various locations in the management console such as the enrolment list, insights and also in the Learner App / Web.  It's important to understand what they all mean, how they are set and where to find them.

Enrolled Date - the date set by the system when the enrollment was processed. This date indicates when the learner can open the enrolment and start answering questions however the started date is what indicates when they actually started answering questions. This date can be seen in the enrolment details and in the enrolment list for All and Not Started pre-defined status views.

Started Date - the date set by the system when the learner has answered their first question for the enrolment. This date can be seen in the enrolment details for all status except Not Signed In and No Attempts enrolments.

Last Active Date - the date set by the system and is updated when the learner was last actively answering questions in any enrolment. This date can be seen in the enrolment list for In Progress pre-defined status view.

Due Date - this date is set by the admin at the time the series enrolment is processed. It is used to let the learner know the preferred date to complete the enrolment. The enrolment does not stop on this date. This date is also used in Insights Reports to filter by Overdue enrolments. This date can be seen in Insights Learners Report and in the Learner App / Web.

Last Reminder Sent Date -  the date set by the system and indicates when the admin processed the send reminder action for the enrolment.

End Date - the date set by the system which is based on the enrolment date and the duration of the series. For series with Until Mastered as the duration, the end date will be 12 months past the enrolled date. This date can be seen in the enrolment list for All pre-defined status views except for Mastered.

Expired Date - the date when the enrolment expired but was not mastered, this is date when the enrolment expired or was withdrawn. This can be seen in the enrolment details for Did Not Finish enrolments.

Mastered Date - the date set by the system when the learner completes all questions correctly and masters the enrolment. This can be seen in the enrolment details for Mastered enrolments.

Certificate Sent Date - the date set by the system when the learner is sent their mastery certificate. This date can also be updated if the admin processes a manual resend certificate action. This can be seen in the enrolment details for Mastered enrolments.

Access Review Date - the date set by the system up to when the learner can access the series in the Learner App / Learner Web. This date is typically set to the same as the End Date and is used to indicate when access will end if the series is mastered early on in the enrolment. This can be seen in the enrolment list for Mastered pre-defined status view.

Refresher Date - the date set by the system once the learner masters the series. This date is set to 2 year from the enrolment date. This can be seen in the enrolment details for Mastered enrolments.

Withdrawn Date - the date set by the system when the enrolment was withdrawn by an admin. This could be set specifically for just one enrolment or be part of the deactivate user action. This can be seen in the enrolment details for Withdrawn enrolments.

Pathway Ended - the date set by the system when the pathway was mastered or the date it was withdrawn by an admin. This date can be seen in the pathway Past Enrolments list.

Users & Groups

Member Since - the date set by the system when the learner was added as a member to a particular group. This date can be seen from the group membership list.
